I love language. Words that move people. Sentences that give you goosebumps. And the stories of those beginning a new chapter together.
Those stories stay with me, and I love finding the words that allow others to feel them too.
I also love weddings: the individuality of every couple, the emotions, the people – and the cake. There is something truly special about two people bringing their loved ones together to celebrate their relationship.
As a celebrant, I bring my love of language and weddings together to create ceremonies that feel personal, meaningful and entirely true to the couple at the centre of them.
After several years in Graz and Vienna, my little family and I now live in Leoben, in the heart of Styria. Language has shaped every stage of my life – from a student exchange in Panama and my degree in interpreting to my career in recruitment for an international company.
All of these experiences influence the way I work as a celebrant. They help me bring different languages and cultures together, notice the subtleties that often say the most and tell your story in a way that truly reaches you and your guests – wherever they come from and whichever language they speak.
